hi folks can anyone help me with new box=protek 9750hd ip,ive looped it to spiderbox but cant seem to clear any chans,any help via pm or email would be app;regards mick c

when looping do you not have to power down the spirderbox for the signal to pass through ??? i rember back in the day i had a samsung 9500 with a loop to the free sat box and would not work when samsung was powered up

hi mick, which patch are you using for your spiderbox as im sure i read somewhere that certain patches has problems with loopthrough, also check if the loop-through can be switched on/off in the menu,s. regards mdt

I ahd a similar problem, the spider box had to be in stndby then the loop through worked fine.

here m8 put this file on your box... extract to usb root then press menu/system info/firmware upgrade then select the bin file and press ok. after the reboot do the usual with the ip menu and scan the satellites then ok/blue for the package list and go to... 42e/23.5e/19.2e/16e/13e/9e/7e/30w for the packages. regards mdt
