spiderbox 5000 loop though problems

I am getting a error c113 and also flashin lnbf when looping though a spiderbox 9000 hd, it has just started, so to see if it was leads and so on i have sky multiroom so i tried the sky lead in the sat in on the 5000 and still the same problem, so i brought the 5000 downstairs and tried the sat in cable which goes in to the spider 9000hd which still comes up with the same message!! so it must be the box and not any of the leads!! is there anything else that i need to do? cani fix the problem? Thanks all

No i have already stated that. i have had it connected direct to a sky dish and direct to my 1m dish

It only say this when i switch the box on flashes up once then it just flashes with the lnbf i have recently switched back to patch 2.15 for reasons which we can't talk about here!! could that be the problem??
