Problems with some channels

lo folks, got a prob that hopefully somebody cleverer than me can sort
this morning whilst shady jr was watching tiny pop, the picture went blank. all other channels fine, except for those using the same frequency as tiny pop (11641)
these include chart show tv, the vault, and some others. i am aware of the problems with dect phones and this frequency, and as such do not have a phone near the box.
all other channels fine tells me its not a tuner or coax prob, channels clearing fine on subbed box upstairs, tells me its not a dish/lnb prob.. and thats me out of ideas.. im loathe to reflash as all other channels are fine.. its just these ones.. any ideas gurus?
btw, have also rescanned in case of frequency change.. no change

Have you updated to newest channel listings? Or try a rescan of that certain bird

have just tried that TP and its dead.go to 11.307 V 27500

would it show up on list of channels but greyed out when not working?

Chers guys for identifying the problem, as i had the same problem also this morning, notably a block of music channels not opening....now for a noob question - how do i change the TP settings for an indivdual channel on my dm500? - or is there a way to do it for all the channels that wont work at the same time?....i have asked mr google and searched but to no avail

Same block of channels not opening for me, but with that said I now have MUTV back which I lost on my DM500 1 week ago.

loads of music channels have moved

Astra 2A / Astra 2B / Astra 2D / Eurobird 1 (28.2E) - All transmissions - frequencies - KingOfSat

so i would assume a rescan is needed and bouquets adjusted also.
