hi is it possible to stream from a spiderbox to an iphone 3gs????

has kind of the same issue mate but dreambox to android.

Think im doing mostly everything right but must be missing something and for the life of me its driving me crazy.

spiderbox can not stream, but the dreambox can you need vlc direct or similar for android...mine worked ok but after 5 minutes broke up and got lag...

I have anddreamer on my phone and can stream to my phone perfectly ovee my wireless connection but having trouble setting it up to work over 3g or someone elses wireless if i am away from home.

from what i remember from a friend, you would need to use dyndns or similar so from outside you can see the box...i know some users have issues with BT..

On the dreambox you can stream to your phones or mac/pc at a high quality(why works over wifi not 3g). However if you want to reduce the quality you need to stream to your mac/pc first to handle the conversion, then stream to your phone over 3g.

Set up a dyndns free host account got a address like blahblah.dyndns-remote.com.

Androiddreamer appears to make out that you can stream remotely from your dreambox with either wifi or 3g using the app and a streaming app, the streaming app i am using is daroon player and it all works fantastically if i am just using it over my own network but away from home either over 3g or wifi i am getting nothing
