ask him to go to the sat search menu with 28.2 on the top line then drop to the transponder line and scroll through them to see if he gets an active one.he could also try deleting all channels and then re-scanning
He has done the TP scrolling i will get him to delet the channels and re-scan!! i had him on the phone for three ~~~~in hours last night going through it all!! the sky box work perfectly!! on the same dish!!
