BM7000 DOA!

Just received my second receiver from skywonder. A company I will never deal with again. Very very poor customer service, the second box is dead and has scratches on the back which they have coloured in. Does anyone have any suggestions to get it working.

send the box back but take photographs of the scatches first. tell them that you will spread the word over all the sat forums that they are con-men if you dont get a brand new replacement. ive purchased a couple of cable boxs off them and they were fine although i know a guy who got a bm7000 with a line included of one of their guys and was ripped off. regards mdt
