    2 Questions

    If I use a Scart to component adapter will the DM800se output 1080i?

    Second, can I use a 2TB hard drive with a blade bm7000 or a dm800?

    Hope you can help!

    No, you'll only get 1080i from it's HDMI output... You can get HDMI to Component converters/HDCP strippers but they're expensive >>> http://www.hdfury.com/

      Would a DVI to component not output 1080i? Looks like I will have to stick with my blade for the time being if true.

      Thanks

        Yes, you can get 1080i if you use a DVI to Component converter, but DM800se has HDMI.

        DM800 = DVI output (comes with DVI to HDMI cable)
        DM800se = HDMI output

          Thanks!

          Final question then , will the BM7000 read 2TB HDD? Or if not would I be able to format part of it to 360gb fat32?
