    DM800 No Power to LNB/Motor

Hi All. I'm having issues with my system at the moment. I had a DM500 clone connected to a 1m motorised dish with a Moteck SG2100 motor. It had been working fine then every so often it would lose signal and say it could not find the channel. If I rebooted the box it would pick the channels up again but if I swapped to some channels, the signal would go after a few minutes. I swapped the box for my DM800, not a clone, and I am now getting nothing at all, no power to the motor. I have tried connecting the receiver directly to the LNB and changing the cable, but get no signal at all when I try a scan. I thought I would try the DM800 on another dish with another LNB. I tried to align it but when I put the sat meter on the receiver it is getting no power. I have also tried another working motor, Alsat Superior Dark, directly connected to the receiver and there is still no power. I've tried with simple configuration, direct and advanced with position with the correct lat and lon settings. I'm lost as to where to look now to fix the issue. I don't know if I've blown the tuner on the DM800 when I swapped it over or if there is another issue somewhere.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks

Try a new power supply from a box thats working with another motor.

Even try your router or modem power supply as they will most likely fit.

it might be a short in the cable between reciever and motor ,even one strand of the braid touching the center wire will cause a short .worth a try ,hope this helps, regards
Or the cable between motor and lnb.

Take the f connectors off and check or use a meter.
