Help Please With Catseye E1 Settings

I need your help please m8s,I have downloaded the latest catseye channel settings .There are 3 files in side enigma2 fileZilla and tuxbox, and I am wanting to use vu+ control centre to update the channels. I have never used the vu+ control centre before, which one off the files do I use to update the channels please. Could some one guide me on what all the files are for, I would very much appreciate if some would please.

The Catseye settings are usually compressed in zip or rar format so you will need to extract the files. Once the files are extracted download a program called Dreamboxedit and use that to send the bouquets to your box. Its much easier using Dreamboxedit then any other program for handling your bouquets.
