    What Would You Choose?

    Hey Guys,

I just purchased a multi lnb holder for my tiax 78cm dish

The multi holder can hold up to four 40 mm LNBs with minimum 4 degrees between the satellite positions

I would like to hear your opinion's on what sats you would point to

Im in south england with only a range of 42e to 4e
    Thanks

Most holders only support a maximum of 20 degrees separation.

You gotta have 'the big 3' I.e. 28.2, 19.2 and 13. That doesn't leave a lot of choice if you're confined to a max 20 degree separation. 16e maybe, but that would require a modification to your holder as it's 3 degrees either side of very strong sats.

If you have a sky minidish up, you could run that into your diseqc switch with your multi-lnb dish pulling in 19.2, 13 and 0.8.

I've got a Triax 88cm dish with 4 alps lnb on it using official Triax multi holder.

      0.8w,4.8e,9.0e and 13.0e

I also have a Triax 64 cm dish with two lnbs on it using Triax multi holder.

      28.2e and 19.0e

      Why don't you try 28.2e, 19.0e, 13.0e and 9.0e ( you may even get 7.0e)

It can be a pain in the neck getting them all setup spot on because as soon as you get one at its peak you loose the other.

Start with 13.0e in the middle of the bracket find that then work from there.

It helps if you're able to set up the dish at ground level before installing it on your wall.
