F140 global rf splitter box

Hi there i have a global f140 splitter conected to a coaxial from my rf output on my sky box. At the moment all four outputs on the splitter are attached to coaxial with digi eyes to four other sets. Im looking to run a digi eye to another room but have no outlet to connect to on the f140 splitter. so my question is can i conect a cheap two way splitter to one of the outputs on the f140 to make it a five way splitter?? would this work or would the f140 then need a source of mains power like the f180 8 way splitter. the reason im asking this question and not just trying is the box is in an akward place to reach and would like some pointers before i give it a try. many thanks for any replys.

you can use any splitter as long as it is a power pass splitter or you can use a 2 way link amp.....BJ1

Thanks for the reply. would i need any additional power to f140 if i connect another bypass two way to it?

no it should be fine as long it is a power pass splitter or a 2 way link amp.....BJ1
