just set up box but all channels are scrambled.

is your box plugged into your modem, if it is press menu go to internet settings and see if there is a ip address there if there is then write down on paper ip address gateway and so on then change youR internet connection to static and then reput them settings in, exit turn box off then back on again press the ok button and you should have a list of packages select one and enjoy...BJ1

i am now finding alot of the boquet channels but not all of them should the whole boquet list work.thanks

you wont get all packages if your dish is out of line
what packages can you view?
