once the dish is installed the box will automatically download channel lists bouqets not like other boxes that are far more complicated this box is the best starter box anybody can buy. ok the dish can be complicated if you have never fitted one before but not the box if you get any other box you would never get it up and running unless you use a installer

if you are struggling so much then get a professional in to set the whole thing up for you. EDIT. i see from your other thread that you have installed the dish and are recieving some satellites/packages... just take a step back and dont give up! you will sort it eventually just keep reading the tuts and check,check and check again every possible problem point on the installation untill you find it/them and then you can rectefi the problem with the help/advice on here/the net. regards mdt

your nearly there, dont give up. as long as you fitted it bang on level, its just a bit of fine tuning, be worth it in the end.

i have to agree just because its new and you throw a wobbly,we all have at some time and when you get used to it you will love it,only problem is remembering what channel you want on what sat,and if the thought of replacing it with a dm which is a harder box.give it more time to play and tinker with it m8.
