viasat xtra on mororised dish

hi all need some help and feedback from other users who have this channel on a motorised set up as i cannot get it

i have a 1m motorised dish and can get:

viasat sport norway
via sat sport sweden
TV 2 PL1 HD on 4.8e
TV 2 PL2 HD on 4.8e
TV 2 PL3 HD on 4.8e

and

TV 2 PL1 HD on 1.0w
TV 2 PL2 HD on 1.0w
TV 2 PL3 HD on 1.0w


but when i go to

viasat xtra pl1 - 6 0n 4.8e i get nothing it says no or bad signal

if i am getting via sat sport norway then surely i should be able to get these channels on a 1m dish in e4 london

is there anything i can do or check

the transponder frequency is 11.747 on liveonsat.com but on my transponder settings its on 11.746.

would this make a difference?

are there any other channels on the same transponder as viasat xtra pl1-7 i can try to see if i get them?

any suggestions would be appreciated

or am i sh=t out of luck here?

ok sorted i changed my position setting slightly which gave a better signal. 50% signal for me in north london
