    VU UNO WILL BE HERE WITH ME TOMORROW

    hi guys after years with a dm800 clone i have bitten the bullet and ordered the uno i think its coming with a vix image installed any pointers anyone can give me on setup??? i take it if i can do a dm800 this should be no probs??


    super excited i must admit after reading all the reviews i could find

      Have a read in vu section, set one up in my time, that was about 3 months ago, bad memory

            no such thing as a uno clone yet. hell the original has only been out for a few months it self.

              exactly rubberduck, i am going original have never had a 100% original before so am pretty excited especially after all the gr8 things i have read about them

                you wont be disappointed with the Uno, ive had one my self for around 6 to 7 months ( as i'm a beta tester ) and it's a great box.

                  yeah i read the little review you done mate i was going to get a xtrened et5000 but decided to pay the extra as have a few 1tb 3.5 hdds around so might as well make use

                  looking forward to the vix image as well heard gr8 things about it

                    rubberduck quick question i have it all going perfect no worries there however the audio button doesnt change the audio ( im guessing the mapping is incorrect) is this a fault or is there any way to correct it so the audio button allows me to change the audio?thanks

                          sorry for not getting to this quicker mate, had a network problem at work lastnight and could not get on the net.

                          glad you got it sorted though, but for the record the error with the audio button was that Vu had it hardcoded removing the function entirely. andy has created his own keymap for this on VIX removing the problem. ( not in the current image but working in the 2.3 beta )

                            no worries rubber i had to use a different image in the end it was doing my nut will switch back to vix when the audio is implemented as it certainly is the best image going cheers mate
