Problems with my technomate 2600 super

my motor goes as far as 28.2 degreees east and no further and goes perfectly west, i have a dm800hd box and a technomate box to set the dish up, i cant get it working and tried resetting the motor but no joy, can anyone help?

See if you can move it by the positioner setup further east.
There are limits on the motor, but the problem is you have to take the dish off to get to them. Also there are receiver limits in postioner setup. So I would see if you can move it by the postioner setup first. If you can't move it further, take the receiver limits off. The next step depends how keen you are to remove the dish, if it does not move further. Also underneath is a manual button to move it, that should prove if it is the motor limit.

yeh i tried the manual button for moving it and it just stops at 28.2 degrees east but when my mate was installing it it turned 42e cuz we fine tuned 0.8w and then mtv turkey was a stroong traNSPONDER so we tuned in there
