rf modulator send receiver

Just fitted an Openbox for someone. However is it possible to use the Sky+ HD box as a sender?

They have ariels and rf out cables all over the show as they have one of those modulators...

If I connect it all up to the Sky HD+ Box and power that on..


Then have a scart from the (TV) in Openbox going into the (VCR/DVD) on the Sky box will it transmit the openbox signal around the house?

I think the digibox SCART's are configured as OUTPUT only devices.
