    Looking to upgrade

New to this freesat melarky after moving from a cable area, also sorry if this has been asked a million times before.

Recently got a S10 cos the misses wanted freesat recorder after SLY screwed up her account (long story) happy with the box but now looking to upgrade so any help would be most welcome. Something like this -

    1 more than one tuner
2 proper EPG not now & next like the S10
    3 internal or external HDD
    4 MGCAMD support

If I can't find a good box I may look into a HTPC with tuners

    budget is around ?200

going to struggle to get a good dual tuner for under 200 quid mate

as mdt said the hd mini si the best box u will get for the money u want to spend, it is capable of having 2 tuners i think the extra tuner is ?30 so takes it up to ?230

is there a reason u want the dual tuner???? you do no that as long as ur on the same transponder on most boxes u can record mor ethan one program at a time?

        regards

Don't forget you can add an additional usb tuner to the DB 800....... i have not done this but from accounts it can be done.

ITgate TGM220 (swapable tuner), Dreambox 800 pro, Dreambox 500c x 2, DBox, Popbox media player.

nathan2007 wanted the dual tuner so the misses can record her soaps (yuck) so I can watch my sports ala slyplus & V+

Had a quick look at the transponder thingy not sure it would work because sly sports & BBC are on different transponders or am i being thick.

no your not being thick, different transponders, you may need to up budget a bit. but if you can shift your s10, you will get a bit back to cover extra.
