nuubie to the satellite scene. just put 1m motorised dish up all alignments correct ( i think ) connected to TM5402 checked signal with sat finder good signal even turned down low.
the level is 97% but the quality only 30 % so no pic
any ideas please have followed installation instuctions,
i have enterd lat on long only thing with the long it is -1.92w do I enter this as 01.9w as the spaces i have to fill in are 00.0w sorry if I sound thick. its all new to me.

you are right. you need to enter the - as w.

the other thing to improve quality would be to mess about with your long in say increments of .2 either way to see if you get better quality.

this method definately works....unless you have a perfect arc.

try changing the long values as i said and let me know when it works.
