trouble picking up hellas sat 2

hello again, do a wee job for a rommanian guy ,he has a sat box sent over with dolce package on it , i have been trying for hours to pick it up with 2 meters(laguna 1v and horozin hdsm usb all with dat sets in) any body else gettin heatache as well??? I would nt mind ,but i put 1 up for his pal 6 months ago with a zone 2 sky dish!!!! look forward to some advice

if you are certain that the data sets have got active txp,s in dvbs/mpeg-2 for hellassat2 then it could be a line of site issue as its pretty low on the horizon. regards mdt

remember to skew the lnb

and try dishpointer.com for line of sight issues

Dish will be almost straight and lnb skewed.
As stated use dishpointer.com and elevation and skew is stated on there for your location.

ta guys,went back to job today, and got it on sky zone 2 dish, problem methinks was that the triax dishes wouldnt go down past 15 degrees, and with the wall not being plumb, the sky dish could go back another bit, and i got it ,hes happy i am happy,job done ,ta again
