    How many channels??

Hi, jumping straight in at the deep end with no experience, I have nailed a T90 torroidal dish to the wall, stuck 4 Inverto black ultra lnb's on it and fiddled with it 'till it worked.
Using a clone DM500 box and scanning 4 sats, I can recieve the following amount of services.-
    5E - 485
    13E - 1283
    16E - 295
    19E - 840

I was just wondering if this is about right for a 90 cm dish in the south midlands or do I need to tweak it some more?

yes that looks about rite with a SD box as you would obviously not pull in the HD channels.

It would detect the HD channels though and include them in the scan?

an sd receiver will detect HD channels if they are DVB/S but not if they are DVB/S2

Found it pretty easy once I gave up trying to use 16E as my central satellite and used 13E instead! I am using Inverto Black Ultra lnb's as these seem pretty highly rated. I guess time and fiddling will tell over this winter!
