Recommend a scart rf converter for dm00s

My friend who has a dm500s wants to extend the picture to his bedroom. I have given him 3 options

1. Scart to vhs then rf out to distribution box
2.wireless av sender
3. Scart to rf modulator, this is the option he wants but ive never fitted one and do not know if they work well or decrease picture quality, has any used one, could you send me a link to a cheap reliable converter?

If he has an iPad or iPhone there is an app that streams from the DM500 to the iPad/iPhone, then you can connect the iPad/iPhone to the TV. This is how I did it for a while.

RF modulator is probably the easiest way, works the same as it would on Sky HD boxes.

using a vcr is very easy method altough may not always be practical or tidy.

i tried a few rf modulators before i could get one to work with my dm500, the maplin one's didnt work at all.

the one that worked for me was the labgear rf
