My sky picture has been breaking up for the last 5 or 6 days. I have taken all the cables out and put them back in again. Took the plugs out the wall in fact gone through the whole rigmarole and still no joy. Can anybody help or do i have to phone sky

on h/set-services>system setup>signal test. the strength and quality bars should be near the right hand end(well past the "OK" of the lock indicator.)if low your dish may need re-aligning,unusual for those dishes if correctly installed in the 1st place.if the dish is easy to get at you can do it yourself if you like just slacken it slightly and nudge it up/down and side to side gently to get the bars as high as poss.Comment
