have you switched off at rear box, modem and router for 30 secs then on to gain an ip address as it could be as simple as that, how is lan connected to box?

with your box connected to router can you go to menu and blade online and connect to internet to update channel list?

Go into the IP settings and check that you have a valid IP address, could be your Ethernet cable is faulty or not pushed in properly. When you get an IP address, you may have to reboot the box again.

I Think i know the problem i am using a OLD MOTOROLA SB4100 CABLE Modem that i got in 2000 when CABLE first came out and it always worked perfect for me, i am getting 10meg on my 10 meg cable but i think that it is blocking the blade with it being so old, so i am going to upgrade to the 30meg and i will get a new modem that should sort it out i hope
