BBC one locks my AZbox

Hi hope you can help.I have firmware 0.9.5309 on my Premium HD AZBox When I select BBC one HD it locks on it and won't change to another channel untill I reboot it and press number keys on remote as it is loading.All other HD channels are ok.I had the same problem with the older firmware.Is there a solution
to the fault???

similar problems on other sat boxes have happened you can try sellecting another BBCHD from your satellite list if your saving in a bouquet and try finding the most stable channel
