I have a channel problem; I get the sound fine but with a blank screen. I can get the channel fine in SD, but when I try and get the same channel to open in HD its blank with just the sound.

channel may be encrypted ,you dont say what channel it is or on what sat/frequency.or the box you have. -
Its a VU+ m8 ,and the channel is on 7East Digi Turk .And the channel is,Premier League HD.Comment

presumably you don't have card for the channels then yes as dick b said it is encrpypted, some channels you can get by cs but the hd channles you can't.Comment

I get this problem, I change channels to ones below and above few times then go back to it and it comes through great!
