True Movies Reception?

I cannot receive True Movies or True Movies 2 on a Sky box or thro my Humax box with a 2 meter dish. It looks like a week signal but I connected the 2 meter dish to the Sky box it will still not work.
I have tried several different Sky boxes they all behave the same as does the humax box
Please can anyone advise me

both chns on this frequeny 11.642-V-27500
signal on my ct 5000 HD is level 98% quality 86%
with a 1.2 dish from the uk

Can you tell us the transponder true movies is scanned in to please..

Thats seems right Dick mate .. It must be that the lnb doesnt pick it up if you have tried multi receivers...
