Thanks to Krazylegz tutorial i have now fitted a motor, and it works, i set it up with an old technomate as i havn't decided what new box to get yet, i have a 1metre gibertini and a dark motor, just a few sats i can't seem to pick up, they are hellas sat and hispasat, i live in northants, i have done loads of tweeks when on thor, i am getting 80% quality and 96% level, has anyone any ideas. Thanks.

as your missing both the extremes it sounds like alignment is slightly out double check the exact location latitude is set on motor,that your mounting pole is 100% plumb, that the dish is 100% central on the motor spigot and the dish elevation is fine tuned on your target sat(1W)
I"m getting 98% quality on 1mt dish for 11.682H 28000 on TM5400.

Thanks for that, the strange thing is i can pick up turksat no problem, and thats 42deg east, all the checks you mention i have done, will have another go, cheers.

try 12.524 H 30000 on 39E (the voice is FTA on this TP) if 42E and 28.2E are ok you should get it no prob
