Want to view swiss TSR-1 and TSR-2 using a diablo cam

What would I need in order to watch TSR-1 and TSR-2 ? Not being swiss, I can't buy the official smartcard, no matter how much I wish to do so (and believe me, I've tried). So, if they're unwilling to sell me a card, what would I need to watch those channels ? I'm thinking about buying either a dreambox 800HD-PVR or a VU+ duo. I don't want to use card-sharing, so either a software solution for the dreambox or a hardware solution (using a diablo cam ?) for the VU+. If I would get myself a diablo cam, what would I then need (underworld ?), and where can I get those ?

mabey make an underworld with only cccam and without the gbox and newcamd,to have more memory for the c-lines.

Dark Screen
