blade 7000s just a little help plz

trying to get into 9991 menu.
someone point me in right direction plz.
been told, watch a channel put in 9991 and it appears.
not on my box. tried 2 firmwares but no luck.
just a little help.

first you must patch it

then you use 9991 to enter the secret menu to add lines

you can watch fta channels without using the patch or the secret menu

9991 is to add the "extras" for watching anything scrambled
