Sky Box Without A Card ... What channels?

Hi
I was wondering if there is a list of channels I could add to the "extra channels" feature and save on the ?25 fee for a Freesat card. Money is tight at the moment and I have moved into a flat that has a Sky dish and cables and a friend has given me a basic Sky box.

I was hoping to manually add some channels, hopefully regional news and, if possible, Sky News.

you will get all the freesat channels on a box with no card

some will have to be added into the "other channels" list
