Although the spider does have issues with cccam i'd be more inclined to look at your sealine first.
check out your ecm times will give you an idea.
Also the spider was less likely to perform well when using above cccam 213 although patches since suggest this has been fixed.
I use one with a line with no real issues other than having to reboot after viewing FTA channels

Reload latest patch, shouldn't crash at all.
Make sure your share is sound as well.

there's your answer ecms need to be really below 400 for stable viewing imo.
with them as high as that you will never get good viewing

agree with mark , your ecm times are horrendous

should be more like 100ms to 300ms , and 400ms is the limit on sly for instance

yours is actually appalling

As for the spider box and cccam there is nothing wrong with it at all.

I have 3 family members with them for nearly 2 years and I find them great boxes and very very stable.

If anyone gets problems still after a factory reset and and patch updates then its most likely their or the other end.

Also prob the best and sharpest HD picture of any box I have seen or used.

i think its a quality box thought i was or had done somthing wrong i.e ip was weak or probs as i've set it up via a wireless router, but on the whole a good easy box to use!! thanxs for all the info

quite right mate
generally speaking its a good box
yes there's issues but on the whole as a plug /play box using cccam its pretty damm good,support on other issues well thats another story.
