Gibertini 1m Satellite Dish

Hi

I am looking to change my 80cm dish to one of these Gibertini 1m Satellite Dish

Does any one use one of these

& how do the rate them ?

I use one mate. Reception wise fine for me in Scotland and pull in all sats that you would expect. They are considered to be one of the best dishes but I cant really offer any comparisons as it is the only one I have used.

One advantage is that it is aluminium so lighter than most other dishes.

I"v used triax,orbital,televes & gibertini,and the gibertini is the best of the lot with the televes 2nd.

Cardmania - Dishes

For what it's worth, I've had a Gibertini 1m for over a year now attached to a Technomate motor. It's very good. It's also pretty light and has stood up to some strong winds. Recommended.

Cardmania are cheaper but they are poor imho when it comes to customer service. Do a search on here and you will find at least one thread.

I eventually got my dish but I spent days on the phone chasing him up with his constant lying.

a 1m dish cant possibly perform like a 1.2m dish thats just a sales pitch but saying that imho gibertini dishes are the best dishes you can get for normal prices other than the cm/andrews/raven. i have a 1.25x1.40m one here in my hallway that i havent got around to fitting yet. regards mdt

fitted my dish today at last, been very windy so this has held me up.

snr: increased by 11%
snr dB increased with the highest so far 19.57
