ch4 hd not working on spiderbox 7000hd

has anyone else who might own a spiderbox 7000hd on here noticed if their ch4hd cannot be viewed?.i have tried installing updated softcamhd key,reinstalling updated patch and channel list and still nothing,all other channels are working.please, anyone any idea why this is happening and how it can be fixed

cant u just do a scan and add to your channel list

check the channel info with kingofsats because a lot of channels have moved,if you are using an old bouquet or channel list could be out of date.

Indeed as it moved frequencies a few days ago. We have a number of threads relating to this and other channels.

its just a simple transponder change , pure and simple , had to do my spiderbox and other boxes too , also has nothing to do with softcams either

CH4 HD is now on astra 1N 11.127V 22000 DVB-S2 8psk 2/3 pilots on.

thats because its not in the data base you will have to add it in the boxes add tp function

all sorted,for anyone who has a spiderbox,first,you need to delete the old ch4 hd listing(menu,channel manager,select the old ch4hd, highlight the remove tab and delete).the transponders now require updating.to do this,click menu on remote,satellite search,scroll down to search option,move right til you see blind scan and start search.
when complete and you are prompted to save channels,do so. go back to channel manager,highlight the move tab,scroll down and keep scrolling til the ch4hd channel listing appears,press ok and a tick should be next to it.scroll to where you want to move the new ch4hd to and press the green epg button on remote ,exit on remote and save.(to check out frequencies of channels,for exampleress ok on remote ,channel listing page appears,select ch4hd,press green epg button,select frequencies.in the case of ch4hd the new frequency is 11127v22000,so select that and the new ch4hd will appear.hope this isnt too long winded.

no need to do a blindscan just go to installation>manual search>then press add TP button add the transponder parameters then drop to search>ok.
