Protek Mk-1 Problems

Hi Just registered here as there seems to be a few people who have good knowledge of these boxes!

Just got a MK1 updated it and have been able to get gift channels, on hotbird but not on Astra 19.2 .....Im not getting any of the sky germany channels yet getting the FTA ones. on this sat.... Is there something I could be doing wrong? New to the whole sat thing so Its very possible!

Thanks Had a look at that and I think it should be open doesnt look like theres anyone on the forum moaning about it either but for some reason Im getting everything except Astras ones! Guess its something with my setup! but been at it for nearly a day now but cant figure it out!
