Protek Mk1 Problem creating Favourites bouquets

Got myself a Protek Mk1 and haven't stopped messing about with it, so far so good.
Have had trouble picking up DigitAlb and Nilesat, on my small dish (80cm).
Just ordered an Inverto Black Ultra Lnb to replace an old sky MTI MK3 lnb. If that doesn't work then up will have to mount my 1.1m Triax which has been a pain to adjust in the past!
Anyway my question is if anyone has tried creating personal favourites bouquets (i.e. Sport, Movies, Education). I have used DreamboxEdit with no luck but came close with Dreamset 2.35. The Protek accepted the new bouquet (they come up on screen) but the dish doesn't move so I have had to reimport the original list that I backed up previously to get everything to work again. I'm not sure if I have to adjust anything in Dreamset's Setup window.
    Thanks in advance.

Homebuild Mediacenter running Windows 7, Ubuntu and Dvbviewer,
DVB-S DVB-T DVB-C 90cm Dish, Monoblock and TM Diseqc Motor.
    LG 42" internet LCD TV.

If my system was fixed there wouldn't be a problem as I can create several user bouquets (Sport, Movies etc) for one sat position and then stay on that sat.
My problem is that I have one Sport bouquet containing sports channels (edited with Dreamset) from various satellites and the dish wont now move for any bouquet.
So I have to use original Gift channel bouquets.

what i was trying to do was put sgt flip flops 28.2 list on with dreambox edit but had no success tried for hours it looks like you have to sort out your own list for it if someone can tell me if this can be done with flip flops list i will keep he box i dont think the gift list has 28.2 on it or does it i dont have the motor dish to see ?

          so just copied it over.
