hi guys i got a 1.2 mtr dish football on 4.8 but cant pick up any v signle any ideas

Check lnb, see if you can get v signal on other sats.

yes did that and i did get sig im confused

tell me please i live in richmond i should be able to pick up v/h on cirius 4.8 shouldnt i with a 1.2 dish

Hi. You definetely should. What channels are you trying to pick up.? If you get vertical channels on other sats then its not your LNB. Is your dish aligned properly to SIRIUS??. Also do you have a second receiver connected to the first one as this may stop you watching either vertical or horizontal channels. Also what channels are you trying to find?? Regards.

try fta channel ebs+ on 12245V 27500 and also fta channel english club tv on 12073H 27500 first , so you know you get V and H

then try the ucas channels travel channel pg and pb on 12111H 27500 ( opened by softcam )

now check viasat on 12034H 27500 to check horizontals

and now for verticals check 12092V 27500 and 11977V 27500

without a sub you wont decode the viasat ones just above, but the above have signal and quality on those transponders so can be tested for strength
