yes , the one with the extra channels is tring sports ( in your case this is probably the plus card but needs activating ) , and even that plus card has been failing on a saturday recently for many users , plenty of posts about it all over the net

if you did view the channels you would also know it has a rolling banner at time stating its only to be used in the country of origin (albania) so if you are not in albania is hardly a con

your supplier would have to check your entitlements and get activation codes sent over the air , whilst your box and card are receiving tring

then you would check if it works next saturday ( or check entitlements anyway )

if it fails next saturday , you do the same the following week , until your entitlements allow it to open

yours is set for standard and not plus m8

the info I gave you is what you need for 3pm sat matches as well as the others you are already getting

Also tring sport 1/2/3/4 are seperate channels. The ones that used to be shared on Tring Shipq etc are no longer used.
Also 57 is the correct entitlement.
Use paypal/ebay for claim.

whatever the problem , you need to contact your supplier , or you could phone a shop and find out but those details are nothing to do with this or any other forum

I suggest you contact your supplier and said so in my first reply

it would appear that you dont have the correct entitlements , the card is probably correct , but not the activations

You could Try tring-tv they will sort your card but it will cost saw on another forum punter was charged ?100 to upgrade to 3pm entitlements, And they then took over his card

I would imagine that is too cheap to be the card with the correct entitlements on it , and its the entitlements that count , NOT the card , as you found out

given that a decent box on its own costs more than that , I would be highly sceptical about it , AND you then become mentor , instructor , the person blamed when things go wrong

it never stops at just buying a box and , or a card , its the after sales support that becomes the hardest part , any little thing and they get on the phone
