SKY UK 3D channel

I am fairly new to the world of satelittes but I have a few questions.

I have a dreambox 800HD se

Last week I was watching the SKY UK 3D channel a film, at one point came a message that techincal difficulties from sky and in the morning the same messeage, after a few hours the message dissapeared but also the sound and picture of the channel. Has been like this over a week. I have tried restarting the CCCAM and also the whole box but still nothing has changed. Still does not work. But all the other sky uk channels are working like the movie HD channels and so on, Except the 3D one.

Does somebody have any clue what is going on or can help me?

Its a problem at your end mate or at least your servers end. I've just checked and all is ok here. If for any reason the people who's card your sharing don't subscribe to a certain part of the package then it will be blocked.

if its working during the day and not at night for the evening film thats because the film turns into pay per view

The channel will only clear programs from the channels that are included within your sub. If its a PPV from Sky Box Office then the channel will remain encrypted unless you have purchased that event in 3D.
