blademedia bm7000s not connecting

hi i have just bought a blademedia 7000s i installed the the firmware (BM7000s-122p-08-04-11.stb) i entered 9991 and got the secret menu i input all the data foe the n line exited press save and then press the red button to connect to the server but it wont connect i have checked the nline several times to make sure the line is correct i have rebooted the box several times it still will not connect i have tried the nline on another box in it works fine

can anyone help please

did u change the settings to newcam

your using the wrong firmware for starters it should be the october version

yes i am using newcamd and does the october firmware have the secret menu
