EPL Rights - Who has what & How many

Does anyone have or know where to get the table that shows which providers has EPL rights and what games.

I remember across the top it had kick off times and down the sides it had the broadcaster then as you went across it had the number of games for each kick off time.

    I can't remember where I saw it

          Thanks

But this is not what I'm looking for.

It was a PDF table with providers names on it and what packages they had won

This is what I was after cheers, it's still in date if you look. It was updated in 2010 and lasts 3 years.

It's runs out after the 2012/2013 season.

                Thanks
