Protek MK1 not clearing certain channels

Had my box about a month and noticed that On the no'a channels im not getting any of the ones on feq 11823, now ive had a look at king of sat and think Ive got the settings right, Now the signal for the chanel is looking good, but it wont clear and doesnt appear in the favourites (blue button) looking at my transponders on the box this is what ive got:

sat 13.0e

mod qpsk
freq 11823
pol H
fec 3/4

Does this look right? Or anyone thats more familiar with this stuff give me an idea of what Im doing wrong

Check on their site that their servers are clearing this.

most blue button channel were clearing ok on a 9760HD last night I cant vouch for all the channels on 11.823 H 27500 13E but n**a cinema 1 and star were clearing via the "bouquet"(blue) button ok,it will only show on the favorites if you put it there.do you have any other n**a TPs showing for instance 11.938 H27500 n**a cinema 2.and the history channel.have you tried a re scan of just that TP as that may fix it.as I dont think the channels will show on the "bouquet"list if not scanned in.

Have never seen any of the no'a cinema channels in fact looking at it Ive only got the channels from 10930 & 12169 clearing

the rest are scanned in but not clearing and never have for me....on the site it seems they are all up, done a few rescans but there not coming up, although I can go to them in the all channels list and they just tell me there scrambled, so seems they are picked up.

yeah if they are in the all channels list you have them scanned in but if they are not in your blue button"bouquet"list they wont clear as Isaid I have the 9760 and that clears them no prob I"m not familiar with the Mk1 but see my PM.

what about a non lan connection,then they wont clear,try rebooting box and router to get a connection.i find sometimes what the list says is not the same as what you view

I found this for the mk1 dont know if its any use to you and as I cant try it its at your own risk.the app will need unzipping 1st.this is thanks to "skywise"

What update did you do?

Thanks Dick but Thats the software I have on it already think it was a FTA box without it, Im hoping I'll get this sorted without starting from scratch but might have to!

yeah you will always get a few channels that wont clear every now and again as long as most of them are ok its at their end not yours.

Hi, sorry to sound like an absolute idiot but just received one of these second hand and just wondering if anyone can offer any more advice on how to get the update are the guys still running, it's plugged in but is not updating??
