Blade bm7000s new box all fine and working but has an issue

Bought a blade bm7000s box this week which has been pretty easy to set up and have got myself sorted with it in no time. Love the box and i am happy at the quality of the hd channels. I have one problem which is quite annoying now and not really bearable, each time i switch the tv off and switch it back on the channel has stopped working say after a few hours, the picture has become frozen and it says "scrambled". Getting the box working again means for me to go to a fta channel or flick through different channels until the channels starts working again.

Also to note I was on the october patched firmware but some channels werent found so i went to the septembers firmware. but now having learnt how to find channels via adding the frequency manually for channels such as sky prem hd and other. Shall i revert back to october even though i am sure i had the same scrambled channel issue on that also, thanks

take a note of all manual entries as a factory default wipes all info settings channels etc.

I suppose it could be your Router not keeping the DHCP offer updated. You could try changing your IP to fixed and maybe even setting that IP to DMZ on your router.

I had a very similar problem and it was a cline problem (russian server). Try another server or a test line.
