A tip on how to stop your blade box from not freezing and scrambling channels

Ok i bought my box a week or so ago, and i put a post up on here saying the channels freeze up and say scrambled. The replies i got back, were what i had thought at the time which was that it was probably the server to who i was connected with. Having then contacted who i get my line from as an added measure to see if it was my line or not, he told me things were good on his side. He has always looked after me and doesnt have a reason to lie to me.

That ruled out, It had to be the box, so a day or two passed by and the problems still carried on. I thought i would now take a look at this new box of mine and see if there is anything i can do, be it my connection, different firmware, the way i was scanning, or my settings, so i did the first three thoroughly and i had no luck. I then disconnected the line by pressing 9991 and the green button and went into my connection server list, i changed timeout mode from "3 Sec" to "1 Sec" or even "0 Sec" works aswell. Since then whenever i switch my tv on after a while i never see the channels scrambled and me having to go to a fta to make all my channels work again.

Which was making me wish i had bought a different box at the time. This problem wasnt even when i left my box idle, channels would not simply load or they would freeze completely whilst normal viewing also. Having changed the timeout, now my box is the way i want it to be always clear, fast and smooth, So just a little tip which could help others change their box greatly i hope. (I dont have the blade combo but i guess if you are able to do what i have said here as i have a bm7000s, it will hopefully help somewhat)

Ive tried this now and its working better. It's been glitchy these past 2 days because of the extreme weather with gale force winds, but when i changed the timeout mode to '0' its not glitching but its trying to, but instead of a freezing picture im getting a pause in sound instead everytime it tries to glitch. It only lasts a sec or less atleast imn ot getting any freezing so far
