Thinking about getting blade media 7000s can i use a sky dish for it

Hi i was thinking about buying a blade media hd 7000s would i be able to use a sky dish for it i already have up from when i had sky in and where is the latest firmware for it to recieve all channels any help would be greatful.

Yes Sky dish works perfect for it, you'll be able to find the latest firmware on here, remember you need the patched version not official as that doesn't have the 9991 menu which you will need for your c/s line which we cnt talk about on here.

The latest frimware is from 8/10/11, but a newer version is due within the nxt few weeks

From my sky dish aswell i have two cables with pins do they both go into the blade media or just one off them

i have the same pins works fine with mine, think its both or maybe 1 doesn't matter it works, i have a blade aswell

I have a blade box and think its fantastic, however I would also recommend looking at the Dm800HD SE.

Go for it! We love ours, HD quality is superb. The software is okay. Looks nice and epg is 7days just bit small(on screen) to be handy.

am considering getting the blade 7000, just wanted to know what channels i get if i have the latest firmware and the box hooked up to my normal sky dish.

do i get all the channels sky provide including the pay per view one like box office movies, espn, the boxing etc.
