Is there a reset code to reinstall the operating system on a sky+ box? Mine keeps crashing as you navigate the programme guide - its not overheating (i think) as I have unplugged it and left it for a couple of hours before trying again... I suspect the OS is corrupt - can this be reloaded via satellite? If so how?
