Sky+ remote Help.

dear all, hello
I bought new panasonic tv for my dad.He had sky+ set by sky engineer on his old tv. now when I connected the sky bok to the new tv; the sky remote control is able to change the channels but the volume is not controlled with it unlike it used to be with his old tv. he has lost his sky+ manual. can any geek help me how to set up his sky remote to control both his channel change and the volume. your help is much appreciated.

Press TV, then select + red (hold for 2 seconds) then the three digit remote code, then press the power button to see if it operates your TV, if not repeat the functions and trial of codes until it does, once you have found the correct number write it down now test the other functions of the TV it may be that you still haven't got the right code.
