bm7000s new psu needed

hi guys ive got a bm7000s that wont boot even when holding menu when turning on, i took the psu out of another bm7000 and it worked first time, so is there a way of finding out whats blown on the psu or do i need a new one, if so where can i get it.

box bought off fleabay so cant send it back to supplier

took it to a shop and a capacitor on the psu had blown ?15 to fix not bad
