anybody had any problems with their al jazeera sport card its viacess 4 and card still has six month to run if everyone is ok it must mean i need a card refresh with thanks for any replies it just says scrambled channel

Have the same problem. My card is irdeto and all jazeera sport channels are black! The card is valid for 5 more months. Don't know what's happening

The same problem for me too.
I suffer a kind of intermittency:
first I can see 5 channels of 10, after a decoder reboot (Golden Media) I can't see anything at all, after a while a can watch all the 10 channels (everything OK), and now the channels are black.
No "signal scrambled" messages issued.
It's a horrible mistery.

Hi. Yeah same for me. Blank screens although my card is an official card and has 6 months to run. Someone told me that they have gone bust surely it cannot be true. Had a similar problem about two years ago but that was due to a technical problem at their end. Took a couple of days to fix that problem. Fingers crossed.

Hi. Thanks for that. The web site appears to be ok although it wont let me logon as i am not a subscriber to the web site. I will check my card again when i get home.

I log on the al jazeera site and sent a new activation signal.
I'll let you know the evolution of the story.

Jazeera channel are having problems with some people in the middle east are blocking their news channel on Nile sat forcing them to keep changing frequencies and it looks they are taking it further to sports channels.

My card was off but i put it back in official Via 4 cam & after about half an hour is back on again.

Can anyone confirm their's are back or not ?

back on this morning tried it at 6-15am this morning but what i did notice was channels 9 and 10 are still missing can only get 1-9

JSP ok for me this morning.
Channels 1-8 are available.
Channels 9 and 10 not, but this is correct.

now everything is black!
in the morning only 1-8 was working, now nothing!!

Same problem here, all channels +1 to +10 plus FTA Al Jaz Sport channel went off yesterday afternoon, started working OK last night 1000 pm. Today all went off again, then came back 2:30 pm (all channels +1 to +10) working OK
