Hello folks, I'm having problems with my Sky HD box, I can't get some HD channels to work. BBC1 HD, Sky HD etc. I know my LNB is ok as my other Sky HD box is working ok. Is there anything that I can do to check out my box?

Thanks Shady, do these 'tricks' work with Sky HD boxes too? For some reason I can't receive certain HD channels, some one told me it could be to do with some HD channels being on different polarisations?Comment

Exactly, but I was wondering why I can receive some HD channels and not others? I had this problem a couple of weeks back so renewed the HD box, the bow with the problem is now being used as my multi-room box?Comment

Just tried going through the tricks, on step 3, I have done that but now the blue circle on front panel is flashing and I am not receiving any signal? Is this correct?Comment
